Request Your Equipment

You can request rental equipment multiple ways! The Cat Rental Store Customer Portal makes for a seamless experience throughout the process. But you can also request a quote online at CatRentalStore.com/fabick-rents or call us at 1.800.RENT.CAT.

IMPORTANT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Before renting, customers must provide proof of insurance. Please review the details below and complete the necessary steps. Let Fabick Rents help make this process as simple as possible – we’re here to help!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • General Liability: $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate (both required)
  • Adequate Physical Damage / Property Coverage
  • Proof of Auto Liability Insurance: $1M per occurrence (only required if hauling equipment)

STEPS TO COMPLETE:

  1. Review our Customer Responsibilities and our Rental Equipment Protection details
  2. Complete your Certificate of Insurance – make sure to include Your Account Number (provided in your Welcome email)
  3. Submit your COI and proof of insurance to certificates@fabickcat.com

Or, if interested, we can work directly with your insurance company.
