Future employees hone their skills through the ThinkBIG program, at the State Technical College of Missouri at Linn State, or the FABTECH program, at the Fox Valley Technical College Spanbauer campus in Oshkosh, while apprenticeships and fellowships provide students and early-career individuals with direct training at local Fabick Cat service shops.
At participating schools, Caterpillar offers support and access to applicants in need of assistance with the Dealer Excellence Fund.
