August Fabick Cat Charity Fund Winner – BackStoppers

We are proud to announce that BackStoppers has been selected to receive the $500 employee prompted donation for the month of August 2021.

The mission of BackStoppers is to provide ongoing needed financial assistance and support to the spouses and dependent children of all police officers, firefighters & volunteer firefighters, publicly-funded paramedics, and EMTs in our coverage area who have lost their lives in the line of duty. BackStoppers supports families of fallen heroes by paying off all debt, providing health and dental insurance, reimbursing for out-of-pocket medical expenses, and assisting with tuition and educational costs from daycare through university and miscellaneous extraordinary expenses. Currently, they support approximately 80 families with 65 dependent children.
