3rd Annual “Shave for a Cause” & Chili Cook-Off Event at Fabick Cat in Fenton

We’re thrilled to share that at our 3rd Annual Charity Head-Shaving & Chili Cook-Off Event, our Fenton team raised a grand total of $5,550! That’s another leap forward in generosity — thanks to the incredible spirit of our team members and the matching support of the Fabick family.

The Breakdown

• $2,775 was raised by our amazing employees during the event
• The Fabick family matched that amount, bringing us to a total of $5,550 — surpassing last year’s success!

Why We Shave

Each year, our Service Shop team comes together not just for fun (and chili), but to make a meaningful impact in our community. This year, we proudly supported Marygrove — a local organization providing safe, compassionate care to children, teens, and young adults who have experienced abuse, neglect, or other trauma.

From simmering pots of homemade chili to buzzing clippers and cheering crowds, this event is all about community, compassion, and camaraderie — with every buzz making a difference.
