The 2022/2023 Tech Challenge Qualifier is Complete

Fabick Cat’s Tech Challenge kicked off last month! The multi-phased skills competition officially wrapped up The Qualifier, the first of four phases, on Friday, September 9, 2022.

John Fabick IV, President of Fabick Cat, regarding the successful launch said, “With 221 techs participating across 56 total sessions, one thing was clear…you all came to compete. And I can’t thank you enough for being part of Fabick Cat’s first ever Tech Challenge.”

“We have an incredible team of talented techs here at Fabick Cat. I’d put them up against anyone out there. So, I know for a fact this is going to be an extremely impressive competition. I truly look forward to following along throughout each phase,” stated Mark Hanson, Senior Vice President of Product Support at Fabick Cat.

During The Qualifier events throughout the organization, all technicians shared similar feedback on the comprehensiveness of this first phase – it was tough, but the stakes are high. Bragging rights will be won. But so will $5,000 for the Top Ten Techs, an all-expense paid sporting trip for 3rd place, a Polaris 4×4 for 2nd place and a brand-new Ford F150 for 1st place.

Todd Stanley, Chief Operating Officer at Fabick Cat, upon the completion of The Qualifier said, “To all our technicians in the Tech Challenge – thank you. You signed up to participate. You showed up to compete. And you all excelled. We love this opportunity to celebrate the incredible work you do for our company and our customers every day.”
