As an organization, our top priority continues to be the safety of our customers and employees. As we deal with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we continue to monitor the rapidly changing environment. Due to the nature of our business and our customers’ evolving needs, we remain ready and able to serve even during this unprecedented time.
While our Fabick Cat locations are operating at normal business hours for Sales, Rental, Parts & Service, we have implemented best practices to help minimize COVID-19 risks. We are working to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our customers and employees and have all locations following the CDC guidelines for employers. We also encourage our customers to be mindful of their own health and wellness.
In alignment with the CDC guidelines, we are doing our part to practice social distancing. For customers who prefer to avoid visiting a Fabick Cat location in person, we have a few helpful resources to keep your operations running successfully:
- ORDER PARTS ONLINE – Access your 24/7 online parts ordering option at Parts.Cat.Com. For assistance with online account set up please call the Equipment Management Solutions Team at 636-680-1384 or email EMServices@fabickcat.com.
- FOR URGENT REPAIRS – Call your local Fabick Cat location to schedule a field service technician.
- TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT – Contact your Sales Representative today or reach out by phone 844-322-7425, email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a quick Contact Us form.
- FOR EQUIPMENT RENTALS – Critical power customers needing emergency power rentals can call our 24/7 line at 800-845-9180. Keep in mind, Fabick Rents offers drop off and pick up service!
