Fabick Cat Customer Software Training Course Enrollment Fabick Power Systems Truck Engine Training Class Scheduling Information and enrollment   Customer Software Training Course Enrollment* *Enrollments will be accepted thru end-of-business Friday, May 10th Course title (select one or both): Customer SIS (Service Information System)* Tuesday, May 20, 2008. 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Please ensure that you have SIS DVD installed on your laptop prior to class or that the student has a CWS logon. Customer ET (Electronic Technician)** Thursday, May 22, 2008. 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Please ensure that Customer ET has been installed on student laptop prior to class. Company Name: Student Name: E-mail address: Phone number: Purchase Order Number: Check to be submitted on the day of class. Student must bring a computer for Customer SIS or ET classes. (See notes above) *Students attending Customer SIS must have a CWS logon if using SIS Web OR must have a set of SIS DVD’s when attending SIS classes. **Students attending Customer ET classes should ensure that they have a communication adapter with them while attending.
