Fabick CAT provides preventive maintenance services in a timely, efficient and
cost-effective manner. The Customer Support Agreement (CSA) is a flexible contract
between you and Fabick CAT that will provide routine maintenance for your equipment
at a guaranteed price.
The CSA lets you concentrate on your business, while a factory trained technician with
extensive equipment knowledge maintains your equipment on-site at each 250 hour interval.
During the service, SOS Fluid Analysis is performed on all fluids. You will receive a
written report detailing services performed, SOS results and recommendations for any
additional repair that may be required.
