We have 9 shop facilities equipped with the very latest in tools and diagnostic
equipment, and over 100 field technicians with modern service trucks to service
your equipment. But that's not all! We have resident field technicians strategically
located throughout our territory.
These resident servicemen are skilled and experienced technicians, bringing with
them thousands of hours of training and hands-on experience. Above all, each cares
about solving your machine problem as efficiently as possible.
Our trucks are equipped with overhead cranes, air compressors, cutting torch, welder
and full tooling, including diagnostic equipment and a variety of specialized Cat tools.
In addition, each technician carries a cell phone and portable computer, allowing access
to Cat's entire technological library.
Our resident field technicians provide superior service allowing us to respond very
quickly to your needs.
