Fabick CAT provides preventive maintenance services in a timely, efficient
and cost-effective manner. The Customer Support Agreement (CSA) is a
flexible contract between you and Fabick CAT that will provide routine
maintenance for your engine and/or generator at a guaranteed price. A CSA
can be as simple as a Preventive Maintenance Agreement in which Fabick
performs all scheduled maintenance, or as complex as a Power Protection
Plan (PPP) where we guarantee engine operational expenses. Every CSA is
different depending on your needs and desires.
When your Caterpillar commercial engine is covered by a Caterpillar Power
Protection Plan (PPP), you can rest assured that all recommended scheduled
preventive maintenance and repairs will be performed by factory-trained
technicians. The PPP is priced to cover all costs associated with scheduled
preventive maintenance, scheduled component replacement, overhauls and
unscheduled repairs. With a PPP you know all of your maintenance and
operational expenses (excluding fuel or expenses due to abuse and neglect)
making budgets and cost projections more accurate and reliable. There are
no exclusions, limitations or deductibles, and the PPP covers defects in
materials and workmanship as well as normal wear out.
The CSA or PPP lets you concentrate on your business, while a factory trained
technician with extensive equipment knowledge maintains and services your
equipment on-site at each predetermined interval. During the service,
SOS Fluid Analysis is performed on all fluids. You will receive a written
report detailing services performed, SOS results and recommendations
for any additional repair that may be required.
